“Rubicon is focused on healthcare companies that offer innovative solutions that improve peoples’ lives while also lowering healthcare costs. Post Acute Analytics is a perfect example, and we are pleased to support them in their efforts to impact how post-acute care is delivered,” Boehler said in a news release announcing the funding.

The funding round was led by Warburg Pincus and Dorilton Ventures. Existing investors Generator Ventures and Concord Health Partners also participated in the funding round.

Post Acute Analytics, through its AI platform, Anna, provides real-time information about a patient’s journey through its post-acute platform and enables proactive interventions to monitor possible negative quality and cost events, according to the release.

The company currently works with national and regional post-acute providers as well as seven of the top 10 health systems and major national health plans.

Post Acute Analytics Co-Founder and CEO Saqib Akhter said the latest funding round “validates” the company’s purpose and “shows confidence” in its ability to “drive the transformation of care delivery.”

“Our ability to develop world-class technology and deliver on our client’s goals directly results from our team’s hard work and dedication. But, more importantly, through these, we are impacting and improving patient lives,” Akhter said in the release.
