With PDPM only three months away, qualified professionals must evaluate their practice models and outcomes data to ensure they are able to identify, define, and defend the need for skilled therapy services. They must also know how to best deliver those therapy services and achieve meaningful outcomes in a value-based environment.

In order to help address questions and concerns about the transition to PDPM, we have assembled a panel of regulatory, quality, payment and clinical specialists from the key associations — American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Our panel of therapy industry experts will provide insight on how therapy providers can position themselves for success in this new PDPM environment. They will present practical strategies to best meet the needs of the patient population being served.  They will also discuss best practices in a value-based environment including identification, adoption, and implementation of evidence-based clinical models that reduce variation in practice while ensuring individualized care. Plus, they will review documentation that supports clinical decision-making regarding interventions and mode of delivery.

Attend this webinar to:

  1. Understand what is behind the industry terms “clinical pathway” and “clinical practice guideline”
  2. Develop strategies using clinical tools and resources to assist therapy staff to manage the transition to PDPM effectively and efficiently
  3. Identify methods to measure and improve patient outcomes in PDPM
