The refinance was closed through the Federal Housing Administration’s Sec. 232/223(f) program; it decreases overall debt service and establishes a permanent debt structure with a low, fixed interest rate, in addition to improving cash flow and providing funds for future improvements. Tony Ruberg led the transaction for Lancaster Pollard.
