StoneGate Announces Eight New Contracts in Oklahoma
StoneGate Senior Living, a senior care and housing company based in Lewisville, Texas, added eight new properties to its lineup in Oklahoma, contracted from Southwest Healthcare.
The communities offer a range of services, including skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a result of the additions,
StoneGate now contracts with 13 properties in the state, including 11 skilled nursing facilities and two assisted living communities with more than 1,300 beds.
The Ensign Group Acquires Arizona SNF
The Ensign Group (Nasdaq: ENSG), based in Mission Viejo, Calif., acquired the 128-bed SNF Peoria Post Acute and Rehabilitation, effective April 1.
The facility includes an adjacent 50-bed long-term acute care hospital operated under a lease arrangement by a third party. The deal brings Ensign’s portfolio to 182 skilled nursing entities across 15 states.
Of its 233 health care operations, Ensign owns the real estate at 66.
Senior Living Investment Brokerage Arranges $11M Ohio SNF Sale
Senior Living Investment Brokerage’s Ryan Saul and Brad Clousing facilitated the sale of Larchwood Village and West Park Commons in Cleveland, Ohio, for $11 million.
The facility includes 99 SNF beds and 66 assisted living beds; overall occupancy was 70% when the community went under contract.
The buyer was the group leasing the community from the seller, a private partnership seeking to divest and focus on other investments, according to a press release announcing the deal.
