$123 Million Senior Living Tower Planned in Milwaukee

St. John’s Communities is planning a 22-story community to replace its three-story, 74-unit nursing care and assisted living community in Milwaukee, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The nursing care and assisted living units will be housed on the tower’s lower floors and inside of a connected four-story building.

As planned, the towering community will have about 170 units and open in the spring of 2020, the senior living provider noted. The building will also contain a lecture hall and performance space, and two levels of underground parking.

The development’s architects are Eppstein Uhen and Blitch Knevel, while VJS Construction Services is the general contractor for the project.
